🌟✨ Our Youth-ful-Guides event in Xanthi was an unforgettable success!
We kicked things off with an amazing hike through the scenic Kosynthos river trails, climbing all the way up to the Castles of Xanthi and the Ecclesiastical School. Along the way, we were guided by an experienced local guide who shared inspiring stories, personal insights, and real tips for anyone dreaming of becoming a cultural guide!
Participants didn’t just walk — they observed, reflected, and interacted. Through a simple form, they shared their favorite moments, captured beautiful photos, and started thinking like real guides. 
The journey continued through the enchanting streets of Xanthi’s Old Town, leading us to the offices of FM-EPICHEIREIN, where we presented the full Youth-ful-Guides Erasmus+ programme — inviting all interested participants to join our free training and start their path toward becoming local guides!
We also took a look at what participants shared during the hike — and it was amazing to see the unique ways they experienced the same route. Everyone sees their city differently — and that’s the magic of becoming a guide.
We wrapped up the day with a fun quiz to test our future guides’ knowledge of their hometown.
